University Hospital Coventry and Warwickshire

Prime PLC appointed Montel to construct a secure 1600 space car park to increase parking capacity for the hospital, and to improve access for emergency vehicles. This project included the installation of 34 active Electric Vehicle charging spaces and 56 passive charging spaces.


This project was undertaken on a site susceptible to flooding and the installation of drainage systems and attenuation basin has ensured the risk of flooding has been mitigated.
